The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the Highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. Currently fewer than 2% of over Two Million Real Estate Professionals in the United States have earned the CRS Designation!
Owning vs. Renting
Remember, sometimes making payments on a home home can be less expensive than paying rent! If you need help in determining how much you can comfortably afford to spend on a home, mortgage specialists can assist you in making that determination and I'd be glad to give you information on those who can help you.
About your credit score
Something that most people don't know is that each time your credit is pulled your score goes down. Therefore, get your credit score from the first person who pulls it and have it with you when talking to and deciding with whom you'll place your loan. If possible, have a copy faxed to you.
Let me help you find the home that's right for you and your family and I'll help to make your transition to a smooth one. I'd be delighted to hear from you.Type your paragraph here.

Start Planning Six Months Prior to Your Move ...
You should begin planning six months prior to your move if possible. This will enable you to correct any errors in your credit report if necessary, and to deposit any funds and contributions made by family and perhaps other sources, that will facilitate in the purchase of your home.
Important items that people tend to overlook when when buying a home are those expenditures that add to regular monthly expenses especially if you need to store furniture. Remember that you'll have to pay another fee when you move your furniture from storage to your home. Additionally, at your new home those fees will include insurance, utilities, groceries, cable and probably others.
